How to realize our dreams

Today, many of us remain silent, let the ideals remain a dream only, without really trying to make it happen. So what causes we can not realize our dreams? Have not we been wanting for a long time, even had planned a variety of ways and strategies to achieve them, and have worked hard to pursue it?

Each person must have goals and dreams in life, like having a house or a luxury car, to be famous, visiting exotic places around the world, enjoying the incredible lifestyle, free time, financial, and could do whatever we want to do with the family and the people we most care about in our lives.

“Why do not many of us can realize our dreams?”

That’s because we:
1. Always associate with the past.
When we have something meaningful to be realized, often times we can not escape the shadow of the past. We recall the difficult living conditions, limitations, all of our previous failures, and find all the reasons why we can not succeed.

2. Having fear and anxiety.
Before doing something we often have excessive fear and anxiety. What if I do not succeed? What people say about me? They will laugh at me? I would be frustrated if I’ve tried but it did not reach it, and so on.

3. Let other people intimidate us.
Too often we let other people intimidate us with words that lowers morale and disrupt our focus, and even steal our dreams. “You might not succeed, do not dream, do the mediocre, too large and difficult to achieve, already accepted the fate of it” and so on.

4. Can not perform to completion.
This most often happens in our lives. Starting with his passionate enthusiasm, but quickly gave up when faced with obstacles, thus releasing him for granted.

5. Having a lazy nature.
One of our habits, namely procrastinator work that has been set. Assuming there is still plenty of time to do it, so it never started, and it’s too late when we are aware.

Then how do I fix this?

If we are to succeed to realize all the ideals and our dreams, we must immediately destroy five mental barriers (mental block) us, and replace them with five new habits that will be the starting point changes that encourage us to quickly realize our dreams, namely:

1. Focus on the future and your dreams.
Think about what you really want, stacking plans, explore your potential or your strengths, find strategies, ways and possibilities to make it happen.

2. Confident and believe 100% that you can.
Confidence is the main capital to get whatever you want. Everything that is not possible in this life only because it has not been tried.

3. Just do it according to your wishes.
Follow your heart, close your ears from negative people around you. Make a new history in your life.

4. Finish what you started.
Dare to take risks and have a winning mentality. Do not ever close your eyes for one moment from the finish line.

5. Start from now.
Do immediately what you plan, whatever. People who are successful does not mean a great person, but they are people who always take action and start early so often one step ahead of us.
